William Hill Partners With BD Sport Group

William Hill is already deeply engrained into the culture of the Premier League.

Online casinos have been a part of European Football teams for so long, that their very participation has become iconic — if not synonymous with the game itself:

But with a few online casinos recently finding their advertising in the crosshairs of government regulators, many in the community have begun to be a little bit worried at what might be coming next in terms of restrictions.

But those Canadian lovers of European Football don’t need worry — just this month online casino behemoth William Hill announced a new partnership with the BD Sport Group to expand its stadium presence.

An Internal Part of Premier League Football

William Hill is already deeply engrained into the culture of the Premier League. It has a long-standing partnership with BD Stadia UK to keep have betting booths open inside the stadium during the home matches of several of the world’s best known clubs like Everton and Chelsea.

Now, the new deal is going to add on to that deal by adding Stoke City and Huddersfield Town into the mix, as well as others:

“BD Sport [Group] has done an excellent job activating our stadium betting partnership rights with Chelsea, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur and we are delighted to be able to extend our relationship with these new Premier League and English Football League club deals,”Kristian Welch, Marketing Director for London-based William Hill said in a statement.

BD Sport Welcomes The Expansion

The agreement requires BD Sport to make sure there are William Hill betting booths offered at various places throughout the stadiums during a match, including on the concourse and inside the corporate booths.

But given the betting culture in the UK, it’s little wonder that the company is jumping at the opportunity to expand the partnership:

We are extremely pleased to be working with it for the next two years and look forward to football fans collecting their winnings online and in shops,” said Tony Warwick, BD Sport Group’s Joint Managing Director.
