GLI Prepares For Canadian Gaming Summit
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), one of the global leaders in gaming and lottery testing, will be present at this year’s edition of Canadian Gaming Summit, which starts today (June 19) in Vancouver and in the next three days will draw together some of the biggest names in the industry.
GLI will showcase its vast experience and expertise in customer service support, but will also be one of the sponsors of this prestigious event.
Company’s Vice President in charge of iGaming and Canadian Service Salim L. Adatia will appear as a panelist in two of the sessions – the Power of Negotiation, which will be held on June 20 from 4 PM to 4:50 PM, and the Benefits, Issues and Challenges of Using Cloud Services for the iGaming Industry, scheduled for June 21, from 3:05 PM to 3:55 PM.
Helping the Customers Adapt to New Technology
Adatia said the theme of this year’s Summit was incredibly relevant not only to the regulators but also to GLI’s operators and suppliers. He emphasized the rapid development of technology in the industry posed a challenge for the company’s customers.
He added GLI had been researching, developing and enhancing processes for product testing and auditing to help their clients in navigating the technological landscape.
In recent years, we’ve seen the rise in popularity of iGaming, skilled-based games, Daily Fantasy Sports, esports and electronic raffles. These trends are some of the topics Adatia will address on the sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Role of GLI
The company has been present on the market since 1996, offering its extensive expertise to regulators, operators and suppliers around the world. GLI has offices around the world, from North America and Europe, to Asia, Africa and Australia, developing continuously updated technical standards.
These standards allow suppliers to be more efficient, reducing costs and time spent on testing.
