PartyPoker Improves Its Poker Client

Play at party casinoPartyPoker – sister site of the popular PartyCasino online casino – is one of the most popular online poker rooms in Canada and the world. However, in recent years it has been hit hard by competition offering innovative products and new designs in their own poker clients.

The company appears ready to start hitting back. After cruising along on its reputation for several years, it has now announced the first of many major upgrades that will be coming to its once industry leading software:

Improved Game Experience

The first changes that have been implemented place a lot of focus on the experience of using the PartyPoker client. These include improved controls and design to increase the ease of navigating through the client, updated lobbies that make it easier to identify game types, and darker color shading that is much easier to look at than the previous bright white.

Speaking with PokerNews, Managing Director of PartyPoker Tom Waters had this to say:

“There are many more enhancements in the pipeline and I am confident that by the end of 2017 our players will be delighted with the improved look and feel and the usability of the software. We know what the bigger issues are and believe that these upgrades will address all of those.”

Players’ Early Reactions Positive

The reaction from players since the changeover has been extremely if not entirely positive:

“I tested the software with a dozen or so guys and the feedback was all extremely positive,” said PartyPoker ambassador Patrick Leonard. “We’ve given extra feedback about how to further improve the software and from now till the end of the year you should see additional impressive improvements to the overall software.”

Given this response, it’s not a surprise that there is a buzz growing about what the future changes will be. Poker software is one of the most important aspects of having fun at the virtual felt, and it stands to reason that if PartyPoker can continue to make positive changes, more and more players will be heading there looking to shuffle up and deal.
